In 2016 Tom spent a life-changing 6 months working in Malawi as a Team Leader on a new International Development project with the charity Progressio. The project involved working with the non-governmental organisation 'Youth Net & Counselling' empowering youths and educating on sexual health and life skills.

Viphona tells the intimate inside story of Tom's final 3 months in Malawi with his group of young volunteers. It highlights the inspirational work being done "on the ground" in schools and rural communities as well as the personal development of the volunteers.

The film premiered at a special event in Brixton, London in November 2016 and has been endorsed by International Citizen Service.
